My conservation journey started while I was in campus. Studying Bsc. biotechnology was an eye opener of how our climate has changed and someone had to do something, creating awareness, planting trees; generally being the game changer. I joined an organization known as Foster green association which was home away from home. This gave me an exposure on how to go about tree planting in schools as we went for mentorships. As a good student, I went back to my homeland where I am a member of vijana Tubonge organization and shared the idea of tree planting and having clean ups as a way of giving back to the society and creating awareness on Climate change. Currently, we've planted a total of 300 trees me being the Director Environment pillar.
