Water conservation is the carefully use and preservation of water supply. Water is an essential asset for all life forms, for example fish can not live without water. We need water for our survival, if there is no water there would not be any food. Because everybody knows that fruits, cereals and vegetables can not grow without water. We would still have meat but it would cause deficiency diseases. Water is essential to agricultural industries. As the population increases there has been serious tension on water resources, unlike electricity water can be reused again and again. Another way of conserving water is mulching.
We can also conserve water by building dams, it helps us in irrigation schemes. An example of an irrigation scheme in Kenya is the seven forks dam. Water is the most important natural resource that living things needed. But at the same time, it has also been misused and wasted. The average adult human body comprises of 50-65 percent of water. Plants help the ecosystem and produce the oxygen necessary to keep us healthy. Additionally trees are mostly used for timber, paper and a lot more. Water conservation has become an essential practise in every part of the world, even in regions where water appears to be enough. Conserving water saves energy. Energy is important to heat, filter and pump water into the house. Conserving water can save you money. If you have a water meter, the less water you use, the less money you will pay for the water. Consuming less water keeps more in our environments and aid with keeping wetland habitats best for creatures. Lack of access to clean water has caused deaths worldwide. Some get infected with waterborne diseases. We should prevent water pollution so as to conserve water, an example of water pollution is untreated sewage. Saving water means a lot to humans and all the species on earth. If we conserve water we may use it for future droughts. We should conserve water so that we could have a long and healthy life. As the saying goes "save water save life"
